Mr. Subhash Kiran is a rural development professional with more than 12 years of experience in handling large-scale development projects across domains viz., Vocational Skill training, Rural Enterprises, IT, and Natural Resource Management. After working in various capacities in Government, NGO and Corporates he turned into an Entrepreneur by establishing an IT services company that was providing affordable software solutions to the organizations working in Non-profit space. 

He is currently leading the PM Formalisation of Micro food processing enterprises (PMFME) Scheme in AP as State Project Lead with AP Food Processing Society. He is a qualified Biotechnologist with Post Graduation in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).

Competent and result oriented management professional offering over 7 years of rich experience in Operations like Production Planning, Co-ordination, Quality Assurance & Maintenance at ITC Ltd in Foods Division and currently spearheading functions with Andhra Pradesh Food Processing Department/Society as Manager in Food Technology Department. Experienced Manufacturing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in FMCG sector with Masters in Food Technology Post Graduate from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore.

Ms. DT Aarti is a proficient food technologist with 4+ years of experience in Food processing sector and development sector. She worked with MNCs like Nestle and PepsiCo in the departments of Production, Quality Control and Research & Development having done Masters in Food Processing Technology. She has excellent communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, and technical skills besides project management skills. Have been handling the project management of various International, National and State sponsored schemes in Food processing sector of Andhra Pradesh

Mr. K. J. Maruthi is currently handling marketing and branding component of the project and also the zonal operations of North Andhra. Dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 20 years of rich experience in business operations, business development, planning and market Analysis. Done his Masters in Business Administration(MBA) in Marketing major. An alumni of Andhra university, Department of Commerce and management studies. Been deeply working in rural frontiers of Andhra Pradesh for the past 20 years as a part of some prestigious rural projects took place in India right from inception of those projects. Worked with FMCG Majors like  HUL, Eveready, Godrej Consumer products etc. Hands on experience in designing and implementing route to market, systems and processes and getting results in uncertain start up environments. Evince an expertise in selling and marketing to below the pyramid consumers (rural). Played a pivotal role in many new product launches, designing and implementing BTL activities to nurture those products launched, planning and implementing brand visibility campaigns across large geographies.

Dr. Janardhana Rao is a development studies professional with more than 15 years of experience in handling multidisciplinary projects in Development Studies, Analytics, Predictive Modelling and MIS across domains viz., Government, Corporate and Academic Research. He is currently handling MIS in PM Formalisation of Micro food processing enterprises (PMFME) Scheme in Andhra Pradesh as Manager-MIS with AP Food Processing Society. He has completed his MA and Ph.D. from Andhra University in the area of Human Development and Multi-dimensional Poverty.

Ms. Jyothisree Rachaputi native of Chennai completed B.E(CSE) from R.M.K. Engineering college and MBA(Marketing) from Christ University. Interned with Quikr in the Social Media Marketing domain and SEO Analysis Worked at SBI General Insurance in the SME Vertical for a brief period. Have successfully converted a few insurance policies ranging between 10 Lakhs to 75 Lakhs. Currently with APFPS as Training Coordinator under PMFME Scheme.

Ms. Pushya K. K is a postgraduate in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad and an undergraduate in English Literature from St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Devagiri, Calicut. She has internship experiences in the development sector with organizations like Palle Srujana and Institute of Livelihood Research and Training (ILRT) and also worked as an intern at Inquisit Consultants LLP providing technical assistance.

Mr. Allan Mathew is an aspiring development professional who completed his post-graduation in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. During his Post Graduation, he has also done internships with Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN) and the International Institute of Migration and Development (IIMAD), Thiruvananthapuram. His internship experiences were at grass-rootS level, engaging with the communities. His graduation is in Mathematics with Statistics from St. Berchmans College, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam

Mr. Jayaram is a Senior Financial Professional with 2 years of rich experience in well reputed organisations like NSIC & Srivay Infra Pvt Ltd., as Senior Executive in Finance Department. Strong skilled Professional with a expertise in Tally relevant versions as well as Excel.

Mr. Shaik Arifullah is a B.Com graduate. Have around 9 years of experience in Union Bank of India, Narayana Junior College and AP Transport Department. Currently he is working as a D.E.O in PMFME, SPMU with AP Food Processing Society.
